This game encourages the players to listen and to visualise the sound of the blend.

• Playing the game individually
The player matches the blend on each card with the same sound on the playing board. Each individual blend card has a picture cue in the corner to aid learning.

• Playing with three to seven players
One person is the caller, the other players each take a board. The caller holds up one of the individual sound cards and asks the players to say the sound. If they are not sure they look at the small picture cue in the corner of the card.
The players then check their boards for the corresponding sound, and the one who can match the blend takes the card and places it over the blend on their board.
When two players have the same letter combination on their boards, the player who is the first to correctly say the sound of the blend receives the card.
The first player to cover all the sounds on his/her board with the corresponding cards is the winner.
